We determined the first step in Kanyon’s digital revolution as the revamp of its mobile application.
The app currently has a feature set including a chatbot to enrich the shopping experience by answering shop and product related questions and a trends section with which Kanyon’s ever growing can vote for their favorite trends.
To even further this digital experience, we designed a loyalty program for Kanyon. Frequent Kanyon visitors and app users are assigned prizes accordingly to their CRM data and their activity within the app.
